Can you work while our building stays open?
Yes — a lot of our commercial work is phased around tenants and staff. That means sequencing area by area, working evenings or weekends where it makes sense, and leaving exits and corridors clear and clean at the end of every shift.
Do you do the ceilings as well as the walls?
Yes — suspended T-bar grid and lay-in tile, coordinated with sprinklers, diffusers and lighting, so walls and ceilings come from the same crew.
Do you subcontract to general contractors?
Yes. We take on framing, drywall and ceiling packages on commercial and institutional jobs.
Do you install doors, frames and hardware?
Yes — hollow metal doors and frames, hardware, and the openings for overhead doors and loading bays.
